As a carer you could join one of our exciting walks in 2026. You are welcome to attend on your own or share the experience with the person you care for.

Hertfordshire

March - Thursday 19th - Trent Park Daffodil Walk and picnic
April - Wednesday 22nd  - Bat Willow Hurst Country Park, Bishops Stortford & cafe lunch
May - Thursday 7th  - National Trust’s Ashridge Forest and cafe lunch
June - Wednesday 10th  - THE BIG STEP OUT Walking Festival, Hatfield House
July

August  - Herts Sporting Partnership
September  - Forty Hall
October  - Tewinbury - long country walk & lunch at the Tewinbury Farm Hotel.

Manchester

March - Tuesday 24th  - National Trust’s Dunham Massey, Cheshire
June - Thursday 18th  - VNational Trust’s Lyme Park, Stockport

Kent

March - Tuesday 24th  - Samphire Hoe guided tour and lunch at Little Farthingloe Farm
April - Wednesday 22nd  - National Trust’s Ightham Mote, 700 year old house and beautiful grounds.
A day in last week of May  - Coastal Walk in Deal and pub lunch.
June - Monday 15th  - Town walk and singing in Rochester Cathedral, lunch in the crypt.
June - Wednesday 24th  - Tai Chi, walk and lunch at Lympne Castle
July - Friday 10th  
- THE BIG STEP OUT Walking Festival, The Pavilion in Charing, near Ashford

Step Out with Us

Carers and the people they care for are welcome to join us at any of our walks in their area. See our contact page to book - and you’ll soon connect to a human. Our Stepping Out walks, including lunch, are free.

Volunteer with Us

Get more out of your regular walking by joining us as a volunteer. Open to anyone interested, particular carers who are no longer caring and would enjoy contributing to their local community.
